Harvesting maple syrup is a labor of love. In the depths of winter, we tap tens of thousands of maple trees. When the weather starts to warm up, we collect the sap, boil it down and the result is nature’s finest sweetener: Pure Maple Syrup.
In a matter of weeks, we produce enough maple syrup to last us the entire year. But the work has only begun. From there, we infuse and barrel-age our maple syrup to spotlight the broad spectrum of flavors maple lends itself to.
